WHY MINNESOTA:  "I chose the University of Minnesota for many reasons. I grew up watching the maroon and gold every chance I could, and ever since, I've wanted to put on the Minnesota jersey. The Gophers are my hometown team and it is very important for me that my family and friends can come watch me play without booking a plane ticket. Another aspect is the coaching staff is filled with experience and knowledge. I feel very comfortable in their care, and I know they can help me maximize my potential. I fell in love with the atmosphere and the facilities. I'm extremely blessed to be able to call myself a Gopher, and can't wait to be a part of the team."
