AUGUSTA, Ga. – The University of Minnesota women's golf team is set to compete in the Valspar Invitational hosted by Augusta University. The event will take place at the Forest Hills Golf Course from March 14-15.
The Golden Gophers will be joined by sixteen other programs for the two-day competition. Play will begin for rounds one and two with a shotgun start at 7:00 a.m. CT on Saturday. Live scoring can be found at https://z.umn.edu/b51s.
Lineup:
The veteran Maroon and Gold lineup will include senior Luisamariana Mesones, senior Isabella McCauley, sophomore Reese McCauley, senior Olivia Deakins, and senior Madison Le.
The Field:
Minnesota will tee off against Augusta, Indiana, Georgia Southern, Missouri, Western Kentucky, Kentucky, Georgia State, Coastal Carolina, Northern Illinois, Yale, Xavier, Columbia, Daytona State, Illinois State, Furman, and North Florida.
The Course:
The Forest Hills Golf Course plays as a par 72 and is 6,261 yards in length.
