Last Time Out
- The Gophers picked up a road sweep over the Ohio State Buckeyes after winning 10-5 (Friday), 9-2 (Saturday) and 6-4 (Sunday).
- This is the first time the Gophers have swept an opponent since 2022, when they swept Western Illinois at home. This is the first Big Ten and road sweep for the program since the 2019 season.

- The Bison are led offensively by sophomore Jake Schaffner who is slashing .373/.468/.444.
- NDSU is led by head coach Tyles Oakes who is a Minnesota Baseball alumni. Oakes pitched for the Gophers from 2006-09.

- The Gophers and Jackrabbits squared off on April 8th, 2025, and Minnesota picked up the 4-3 victory. They lead the all-time series 41-15 that dates back to 1947.
