McCauley and Mesones Set for NCAA Ann Arbor Regional

GLENDALE, Calif. – Senior Isabella McCauley and junior Luisamariana Mesones are set to compete in the 2026 NCAA Women's Golf Ann Arbor Regional. The competition will take place at the University of Michigan Golf Course in Ann Arbor, Mich., May 11-13. 

The Golden Gophers will join competitors from 12 teams and four other individuals. The three-day event will consist of 54 holes of stroke play; 18 holes per day. Play for all three rounds will begin with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. CT each day. The top four teams from each site and the top two individuals not on an advancing team will go on to compete in the 2026 NCAA Division I Women's Golf Championships in Carlsbad, Calif., May 22-27. Lineup:
Minnesota senior Isabella McCauley will compete in the postseason for the fourth consecutive time in her career. This will be the second regional appearance for junior Luisamariana Mesones

The Field:
The two Maroon and Gold golfers will face off against USC, Duke, Central Florida, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Northwestern, Kansas, Texas Tech, UNLV, Columbia, Quinnipiac, and Oakland. McCauley and Mesones will also compete against the following individuals: Trinity Beth (Georgia), Alexis Vakasiuola (Grand Canyon), Lauren Sung (Michigan), and Yanah Rolston (IU Indy). 

The Course:
The University of Michigan Golf Course plays as a par-71 and is 6,265 yards.
