2025 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Junior Season: Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten team... Reach first career Big Ten final at the 2025 Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the 1500m where he finished 11th overall... Reached the 1500m Big Ten final with a preliminary time of 3:44.46... Ran a lifetime best 1500m time of 3:44.16 at Hamline's 'Meet of the UnSaintly' to win the meet... Ran the 1500m six times during the outdoor season... Ran his only 800m at the Arizona Spring Break Fiesta where he won in a time of 1:51.92.
2024 Cross Country • Redshirt Junior Season: Named to the Academic All-Big Ten team... Started five cross country races during the Fall... Competed in six of the seven meets during the cross country season... Was the sixth and seventh runner, respectively, at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships and at the NCAA Midwest Regional... Made his debut at the Raleigh Relays where he ran a 1:53.80 in the 800m and a 3:50.12 in the 1500m.. Was fourth at the Jim Click Shootout in the 1500m in a time of 3:50.61... Posted his best 1500m time of the season at the Drake Relays to finish fourth in a time of 3:47.99... Was 21st at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the 1500m in a time of 3:49.24.
2022 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Made his debut in the Maroon and Gold at the Oz Memorial where he finished seventh overall in the 6K event... Made a solid jump in his second meet of his career at the Michigan Big 10 Preview, finishing 32nd overall in a lifetime best 6K time of 18:49.50... Finished 62nd overall at the Griak Invitational in a time of 25.21.90... Dropped a lifetime best 8K time at the Nuttycombe Invitational, clocking a 25:15.30... Finished 107th at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships... Ran his first 10K of his career at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing in a time of 31:41.00.
2022 Outdoor Track and Field • Freshman Season: During his redshirt season he competed in four meets, including winning the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational 1500m in a time of 4:01.25.
2021 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2021 cross country season • competed unattached in all of his three races this season • opened his collegiate career at the Roy Griak Invitational, where he finished 178th in the men’s Gold 8K race in a time of 27:23.8 • claimed 82nd in the Nuttycombe Invitational men’s B race with a final time of 26:40.6 • finished second at Rocky’s Run with a final time of 20:22 in the 6K race.
High School: A 2021 graduate of Hopkins High School where he competed for coaches Mike Harris and Nick Lovas • joins fellow Gophers Owen Hoeft, Seth Eliason and Eli Hoeft as Hopkins HS products • academic all-state in cross country and track • placed fourth in the 1600m at the 2021 MSHSL Class AA state track & field championships • helped team to a 2019 state championship track & field title • 2021 all-state honoree in track • three-time all-conference selection (two in cross country, one in track).
