2024 Cross Country • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named to the Academic All-Big Ten team... Ran in five events with the Golden Gophers in uniform... Ran a 10K lifetime best 32:21.7 att the NCAA Midwest Regional... Clocked a 24:53.3, a lifetime best, in the 8000m at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships... HIGH SCHOOL: The Nova Classical Academy standout led much of the Class A state cross country championship before finishing eighth at the meet last season... On the track McCormick was the state champion in the Class A 3200m and holds a personal best time of 9:21.59. He also reached the 1600m state final this past season where he finished as the Class A runner-up in a personal best time of 4:21.13.
