Women’s Golf Announces 2025-26 Schedule

MINNEAPOLIS – The University of Minnesota women's golf team officially announced its 2025-26 schedule Monday. The Golden Gophers will compete in eleven different tournaments this season, including one home event.
The team begins its fall campaign at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate presented by 3M. The lone home tournament is set to be played at The Royal Golf Club in Lake Elmo, Minn., from Sept. 7-10.
Following the ANNIKA Intercollegiate the Gophers will hit the road and head to Greenville, S.C., to compete in the Lady Paladin Invitational. The event will be held on Sept. 19-21 at Furman University Golf Club.
From there, Minnesota sets its sights on the Illini Invitational at the Medinah Country Club in Medinah, Ill., from Oct. 6-7. The fall season will cap off with a trip to Broken Arrow, Okla., at the Dale McNamara Invitational from Oct. 13-14.
The Gophers will open their spring campaign with a warm-weather trip to Rio Grande, P.R., for the Puerto Rico Classic. Hosted by Purdue University, the three-day tournament will take place Feb. 1-3 at the Grand Reserve Golf Club.
Later that month, the Maroon and Gold head west to Peoria, Ariz., to compete in the Westbrook Invitational. Held Feb. 22-23 at Westbrook Village Golf Club's Vistas Course, the event is hosted by Big Ten rival Wisconsin.
In early March, the Gophers will travel south for the one-day Shootout at Wachesaw in Murrells Inlet, S.C. The Mar. 10 event will be played at Wachesaw Plantation Course.
The quick turnaround continues as the team heads to Augusta, Ga., for the Valspar Invitational. Hosted by Augusta University, the tournament will be held Mar. 14-15 at Forest Hills Golf Course.
Just over a week later, the Gophers will return to Arizona for the Bell Bank "Pay it Forward" Invitational, co-hosted by Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas. The two-day tournament will be held Mar. 23-24 at Wigwam Golf Course in Peoria, Ariz.
Minnesota will close out its regular season at the Boilermaker Spring Classic, hosted by Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind. The tournament will be played Apr. 12-13 at Ackerman-Allen Golf Course.
The postseason begins with the Big Ten Championship, set for Apr. 24-26 at Oakmont Country Club in Glendale, Calif.
