Big Tens: came in ninth in the 400 IM (4:12.51), 13th in the 500 free (4:41.82) and 16th in the 1650 free (16:31.80)... Purdue/Iowa/Northwestern Quad-Dual: captured second place in the 1000 free (9:57.99), sixth in the 400 IM (4:21.81) and 15th in the 200 free (1:54.43)... Personal: Daughter of Julie and Pete McCarthy • sister, Kelli, swam at the U from 2018-22 • brother, Tommy, is currently on the men's swim team • has another sister, Libbi • hobbies include surfing and cooking.
