2025-26 | SOPHOMORE
Academic All-Big Ten
• Competed in all six regattas with the Maroon and Gold during the year
• Closed the season at the 2026 Big Ten Rowing Championships (May 16-17) by powering the 1V4 boat to a third-place effort in the Petite Final after finishing fifth in the opening-day heats
• Dominated the Twin Cities 2K (May 2) at Lake Phalen by securing back-to-back race victories in both the heats and the finals on the 1V4
• Earned three top-three results with the 1V4 boat at the Big Ten Invitational (Apr. 18-19), collecting a runner-up effort and a pair of third-place finishes
• Battled through three rounds of racing at the Rocky Top Invitational (Apr. 3-4) on the 1V4, posting fourth-place finishes in the heats and semifinals before pushing to third during the finals
• Raced twice at Virginia's Rivanna Romp (Nov. 9) to wrap up the fall campaign, finishing ninth with the 3V8 lineup and 11th as part of the 5V4 crew
• Kicked off the campaign at home during the Head of the Mississippi Regatta (Oct. 4), placing third with the 3V8 crew and adding a sixth-place result on the 5V4 boat
• Earned first varsity letter

2024-25 | FRESHMAN
• Competed in four regattas in her first season with the Gophers
• Ended the year by placing sixth in the 1N8 Grand Finals at the Big Ten Conference Championships (May 18) after finishing third in the opening-day heats (May 17)
• Closed the Big Ten Invitational (Apr. 18-19) in Sarasota, Fla., with a win on the 2N8 boat after finishing fifth and fourth with the 1N8 boat in the regatta's opening two sessions
• Picked up a 1N8 victory over Iowa and Kansas on day one of the Big 12/Big Ten Double Duel (Apr. 11-12) before placing second on the final day
• Made her collegiate debut as part of the 1N8 crew at the season-opening Head of the Mississippi Regatta (Oct. 5) and finished first in the Collegiate Freshman 8+ race

• Daughter of Brian and Rachel Mong
• Has two older brothers, Carter and Trevor, and a younger sister, Avery
• Brother, Carter, played baseball at Minnesota Morris
• Graduated from Prior Lake High School in 2024
• Participated in Knowledge Bowl and Quiz Bowl
• Was a Board Scholar at PLHS
• Competed with both the Minnesota Waves and Minnesota Mission club softball teams
• Enjoys listening to music, doing crossword puzzles, and playing tennis in her free time
• Chose to attend the University of Minnesota because "I like the state of Minnesota and there is a good engineering school here"
