Minnesota Set for 24-Game Big Ten Schedule

MINNEAPOLIS – The Big Ten officially announced the 2027 conference softball schedule Tuesday.
League action begins March 12 and runs through May 9. The regular-season conference schedule for the Golden Gophers features eight three-game series, including four at home, for a total of 24 Big Ten games.
Minnesota's 2027 Big Ten schedule opens with trips to Nebraska (March 12-14) and Maryland (March 19-21).
The Big Ten home opener is slated for March 26-28, when Michigan visits Jane Sage Cowles Stadium. Rutgers comes to town the following week, April 2-4.
The Gophers are set to visit Purdue on April 9-11 before their first bye week of the conference schedule. The Maroon and Gold return to action with a home series against Iowa, April 23-25.
Minnesota hits the road for the final time in conference play at rival Wisconsin, April 30-May 2.
The regular season ends at home, with a three-game set against UCLA slated for May 7-9.
Game times and television assignments will be announced at a later date.
