Parking & Transportation

Single Game Parking

Single game parking is available day of game only and can be purchased at each designated parking area. The recommended single game parking areas are the 4th Street Avenue Ramp or Lot 37. Parking in ramps and lots is subject to availability.

Please note: Public parking in the lots behind the Bierman Field Athletic Building (Lot C50 and Lot 52) is NOT available. Fans may enter these lots to be dropped off near the stadium gates.

Minnesota Valley Transit Authority - Visit mvta.com for transit information from the south metro.

ADA Parking

ADA parking is available in each of the available parking facilities surrounding Jane Sage Cowles Stadium. Individuals must purchase a gameday parking pass for the lot/ramp in addition to possessing a government issued ADA placard to park in one of the designated ADA spaces. Individuals are encouraged to purchase a parking pass in the 4th Street Ramp for single game ADA parking.

Mobile Ticketing

Gopher Athletics has transitioned to mobile tickets for all sports beginning in the Fall of 2021. Fans may access tickets via the Minnesota Gophers Official App, a link in their email, or by logging on to their account at GopherSports.com/myaccount. Student Admission

U of M students receive FREE admission to Gopher Softball games using the Gopher Student Sports Pass. Students should log in or activate their account ON A SMART PHONE to download their FREE Gopher Student Sports Pass to their phone's wallet to gain access to regular season matches at Jane Sage Cowles Stadium. Gopher Student Sports Passes cannot be downloaded on a desktop. Admission to Softball is on a first come, first served basis.

Will Call

All tickets left at Will Call can be picked up at the Gopher Ticket office located near the gates of Jane Sage Cowles Stadium. Will Call will open up 1 hour prior to each game. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Tickets that are lost or stolen can be replaced at the Jane Sage Cowles Stadium box office on match day
- Refunds will not be issued
- Replacement tickets can only be reissued to the person who originally purchased the tickets
- A valid ID must be shown to receive replacement tickets

Stadium Policies / General Procedures / Entry

Public Entry (Open 1 Hour Prior to Game Time)

Fans may enter Jane Sages Cowles Stadium through the main entrance located on the west side of the stadium. Fans walking from the 4th Street Avenue Ramp or Lot 37 may use the pedestrian ramp located off the 5th Street SE bridge to access Jane Sage Cowles Stadium.

Doors open 1 hour prior to the start of the game for ticket holders.

Stadium Policies

University of Minnesota, including Jane Sage Cowles Stadium, is a smoke-free campus
No re-entry
No outside food or beverage allowed in Jane Sage Cowles Stadium
No cans, bottles, or thermoses permitted (exception: fans may bring an empty clear plastic bottle into the venue. Water fountains are available within the facility).
Children 2 years of age or under do not need a ticket
All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets that cannot be verified will be referred to the ticket office

Medical Emergency

Notify the nearest usher or staff member
Do not touch or move the injured or attempt first aid unless properly trained
First Aid booth is located on the concourse behind home plate

Concessions

All concessions at Jane Sage Cowles Stadium are cashless. The selection of food and drinks includes hot dogs, soda, hot chocolate, nachos, pretzels, and more.
