"Top Shelp Toy Drive" Set for Saturday

MINNEAPOLIS (GopherSports.com) - The No. 9/11 Gopher Hockey program will celebrate the holiday season this weekend by hosting the "Top Shelf Toy Drive" during Saturday's Big Ten matchup with No. 11/10 Ohio State at Mariucci Arena. Puck drop for the series finale is set for 7 p.m.
Fans are encouraged to bring donations to Saturday's game with drop off locations in all lobbies of Mariucci Arena as well as the marketing table in Section 1. All toys will be donated to Toys for Tots. Please be aware that cash donations will not be accepted.
The three-time defending Big Ten champions kick off the conference schedule next weekend with a two-game series against Ohio State at Mariucci Arena. Tickets for the 2016-17 season are available at MyGopherSports.com or by calling 1-800-U-Gopher.
