2025 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Qualified for the NCAA West Regional in the 3000m steeplechase in her first collegiate season... Earned All-Freshman Team honors from the conference for her steeplechase performance at the Big Ten Championships... In her second career collegiate 3000m steeplechase at the Bryan Clay Invite clocked a time of 9:55.19 to slot in at No. 4 all-time in Gophers history... Outdoor debut came at the Raleigh Relays in the 3000m steeplechase, finished 11th overall in a time of 10:16.85... Ran to a 1500m time of 4:20.39 at the Bryan Clay Invitational... Won her first conference individual medal with a 9:57.56 in the steeplechase at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. to finish third overall... Did not finish at the NCAA West Regional 3000m steeplechase quarterfinal.
2025 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed in four indoor meets in first indoor campaign in Dinkytown... Made indoor debut at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invite in the 3000m with a time of 9:34.63 to finish third... Put up four different top 10 performance in Minnesota indoor track and field history in her first year at Minnesota (Mile, 3000m and the DMR twice)... At the Meyo Invitational clocked a 4:40.15 in the Mile, the eighth-fastest indoor time in school history... Was seventh at the Big Ten Indoor Championships 3000m in a time of 9:14.13, which goes down as the No. 4 all-time indoor 3000m time in program history and the fastest by a Gopher in the event since 2022... Earned a bronze medal at the Big Ten Indoor Championships as a part of the Distance Medley Relay, finishing third in a time of 11:02.42... Helped Zoie Dundon, Dyandra Gray and Erin Reidy post a new DMR school record (11:02.42) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships... 2024 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Competed unattached at the Oz Memorial before joining Minnesota's lineup at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational and for the rest of the season... Named a USTFCCCA All-Academic individual... Earned All-Region honors with a 15th-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional with the sixth-fastest regional time in school history (20:17.69)... Clocked the sixth-fastest Big Ten Championships time in school history at 20:12.6, which slots in at No. 16 all-time at Minnesota and helped her finish 42nd overall... Made her debut in the Maroon and Gold at the Loyola Lakefront Invite where she was 50th overall and sixth among the Gophers who finished 3rd out of 16 teams... Was the Big Ten Freshman of the Week after her performance at the Loyola Lakefront Invite... Was fourth among Minnesota's lineup at the NCAA Pre-Nationals meet in Madison, Wis., in a time of 20:40.0... HIGH SCHOOL: In Minnesota state history is the only woman to be ranked inside the top 25 all-time in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m... Claimed her second cross country state title in November of 2023... Leaped to the No. 7 all-time performance in state history in the 1600m with a time of 4:48.45... Claimed a pair of state track and field titles in 2024, one in the 1600m and the other in the 3200m while also making the state final in the 400m... Has an impressive 800m time of 2:10.62, a time that helped her claim a WCC East Conference Championship this past season.
