2025 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten team... Posted the No. 8 all-time 5000m time of 16:22.52 at Raleigh Relays to finish 45th overall... Ran in just two meets during the outdoor season with the last competition being the Bryan Clay Invite 5000m in a time of 16:57.81.
2025 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Competed in five indoor meets, all away from Dinkytown... Put her name inside the indoor program top 10 lists in both the 3000m (No. 10, 9:22.16) and 5000m (No. 10, 16:25.45) during her second indoor season in uniform... Roemer's time of 16:25.45 at the Meyo Invitational was good enough to finish fourth overall at the meet... Was eighth at the Windy City Invite with her 9:22.16 in the 3000m... Opened the indoor campaign at the Graduate Classic in Lincoln, Neb., in the Mile with a PR of 4:48.12 to finish sixth overall... Helped Minnesota win the 2024 Roy Griak Invitational team title for the seventh time in history with a 6K time of 22:08.7 to finish 19th overall... Finished 149th overall at the NCAA Championships in a time of 20:49.2 to help the team finish 18th, the third time since 2020 that Minnesota finished inside the top 18 at the national meet... Earned All-Region honors by finishing 16th overall at the NCAA Midwest Regional in a time of 20:18.1, the seventh-fastest regional time in school history... Had a breakout state meet in 2022, winning the 1600m state championship in the 1600m with a season-best time of 4:52.96 and brings in a personal best of 4:50.37... She was the state runner-up in the 3200m this past year with a personal best time of 10:24.47... Was coached by Anita Woodrow, Andy Powell and Christopher Schriever... Was a member of the Nordic skiing team as well as the National Honor Society, Student Council, Students Today Leaders Forever, Chemical Awareness & Prevention and HOSA... Was an All-State academic honoree in cross country, Nordic skiing and track... Was on the Dean's List all four years of high school... Was an All-Conference performer all four years of high school and was All-State in 2021 and 2022... Helped her team to four runner-up conference finishes in her career between track and cross country.

Why Roemer chose Minnesota: "I chose the University of Minnesota because I really liked the coaches and the girls on the team. Coach Hopkins reminds me a lot of my high school coach who I have a very close relationship with and I'm super excited to be a part of such a close group of girls. I also feel very lucky to stay close to home."
