2024 Outdoor Track & Field • Senior Season: Ran in just one meet during the outdoor season at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invite... Was named to the Academic All-Big Ten team and posted a 4.0 GPA.

2024 Indoor Track & Field • Senior Season: Made appearances at five different indoor meets... Won the M City Indoor Classic 4x400m relay... Was fourth at the University of St. Thomas Opener in the 800m... Was seventh at the Jack Johnson Classic in the mile... Ended the indoor season at the Snowshoe Open, running to an 11th place finish in the 800m.

2023 Cross Country • Senior Season: Competed in three cross country races, including the Oz Memorial, the Griak Invitational and the Blugold Invite... Had her best finish of the season at the Oz Memorial, where she was 33rd overall... Was named to the Academic All-Big Ten team and posted a 4.0 GPA.

2023 Outdoor Track & Field • Junior Season: Earned Academic All-Big Ten honors as well as the Big Ten Distinguished Scholar distinction... Was limited during the outdoor season and was only able to compete in the 1500m at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invite where she was sixth in the 1500m.

2023 Indoor Track & Field • Junior Season: Was able to compete for Minnesota in five different meets during the indoor season... Ran to a lifetime best 600m time of 1:36.52 at the Cyclone Open to finish fourth overall... Made season debut at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invite in the 800m... Ran a season-best 800m time of 2:18.26 at the Windy City Invite to finish 16th... Also ran at the Snowshoe Open and the Jack Johnson Classic.

2022 Cross Country • Junior Season: Ran in a total of four meets for the Maroon and Gold... Clocked a personal best 6K time of 22:44.20 at the Gans Creek Classic in Columbia, Mo... Competed at the 2022 Big Ten Cross Country Championships, and finished in a time of 22:56.10... Also competed at the Griak Invite and the Oz Memorial.

2022 Outdoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Competed in five different meets during second season with the Maroon and Gold... Ran to a lifetime best 1500m finish at the Hamline Invite in a time of 4:43.71... Made season debut at the Black and Gold Invite in the 800m and the 1500m... Won the 800m at the Hamline Invite in a time of 2:19.27... Won the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invite in the 800m in a time of 2:15.78... Represented the Gophers at the 2022 Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the 800m and finished 33rd overall.

2022 Indoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Was a competitor for the Golden Gophers in six meets during the indoor season... Ran lifetime best times in the indoor 800m and the indoor mile during the season... Clocked a lifetime best 2:13.26 800m at the Iowa State Classic... Ran to a 5:03.05 finish at the Snowshoe Open in the mile to win the event... Won the Jack Johnson Classic in the 800m in a time of 2:14.78... Also competed at the Cyclone Open, the B1G Ten Midwest Invite in Chicago and the SDSU Holiday Open.

2021 Cross Country • Sophomore Season: Named an Academic All-Big Ten honoree • opened the season with a personal best 6k performance at the St. Olaf Invite, crossing the line in 23:22.4 to finish eighth overall and first for the Gophers • placed 125th (23:35.4) in the women’s gold 6k race at the Roy Griak Invite • placed 80th overall and seventh for Minnesota in the women’s “B” race at the Nuttycombe Invite with a final time of 23:31.8.

2020 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Did not compete.

2021 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed at one meet • ran a season-best 1:38.81 to place fourth in the unseeded 600m and ran a season-best 2:19.03 to place 11th in the 800m at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational.

2021 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed at four meets • ran a career-best 2:14.76 to place ninth in the 800m at the M City Classic • made two appearances in the 4x400m relay • ran on the sixth-place 4x800m relay team at the Illini B1G Relays.
