CRCA Scholar-Athlete Award
Academic All-Big Ten
• Competed in all six regattas for the Gophers during her second season
• Ended the year behind a second-place performance in the 1V8 Petite Finals at the Big Ten Conference Championships (May 18) after placing fourth during the opening-day heats (May 17)
• Competed three times on the 2V8 boat at the Big Ten Invitational (Apr. 18-19) with fourth and third-place performances on Friday, followed by a fifth-place finish in Saturday's final session
• Secured race victories over San Diego and Kansas as part of the 2V8 crew at the Big 12/Big Ten Double Duel (Apr. 11-12)
• Part of the 2V8 boat that placed second on both days of the Rocky Top Invitational (Apr. 4-5) in the first regatta of the spring season
• Finished 12th on the 3V8 boat and 11th as part of the 4V4 crew at Virginia's Rivanna Romp (Nov. 10)
• Opened the campaign by placing third with the 4V4 crew at the Head of the Mississippi Regatta (Oct. 5)
• Earned first varsity letter
2023-24 | FRESHMAN
• Competed on the novice squad at six regattas for the Gophers in her first year
• Recorded three-consecutive dual victories with the 1N8 crew from Apr. 6-13
• Part of the 1N8 boat's third-place finish at the Big Ten Championship (May 19), the Gophers' first medal since 2018
• Raced three times on the 1N8 at the Big Ten Invitational in Sarasota, Fla., placing third and second Friday (Apr. 19) before a third-place finish Saturday (Apr. 20)
• Claimed two victories for the 1N8 crew at the Big 12/Big Ten Double Dual (Apr. 12) in races versus Kansas and Kansas State
• Won a road dual over No. 12 Ohio State (Apr. 6) with the 1N8 boat
• Took part in an exhibition race in a dual with Gonzaga (Mar. 10) from Chula Vista, Calif.
• Made her collegiate debut at the season-opening Head of the Mississippi Regatta (Oct. 7), placing third on the 2N8 boat
PERSONAL
• Daughter of Ryan and Michelle Keller
• Has an older brother, Wesley, who is a high jumper on the track and field team at Wisconsin-Eau Claire and won a pair of team NCAA national championships
• Graduated from Richland Center High School in 2023
• Four-year letter winner in basketball and soccer along with two varsity letters in volleyball
• Named to the all-conference soccer team three times during her prep career with one first-team honor (2021) and two second-team selections (2022, 2023)
• Landed on the Southwest All-Conference Honorable Mention Basketball Team in 2022 before a spot on the second team in 2023
• Served as a team captain for both basketball and soccer teams as a senior
• Earned the United States Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award and named the Richland Hospital Athlete of the Year during her senior year
• An eight-time recipient of the Southwest Conference Academic Achievement Award
• Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Academic All-State Award winner in 2023
• Also earned four academic letters and was on the highest honor roll as a junior and senior
• Danced for 15 years in tap, ballet and jazz
• Raised sheep as well as dairy and beef cattle while participating in 4-H
• Was a member of the high school band, choir, and the National Honor Society
• Chose to attend the University of Minnesota because of "the wide variety of academic opportunities as well as the amazing atmosphere the campus has to offer"
