Lyden is a four-time national qualifier • in addition to her multiple Minnesota State floor, bars and beam titles, Lyden is a two-time Regional beam champion as well as a Regional bars champion • in 2022, she was a Region 4 bars and beam champion • she was coached by former Gopher Lori Kinder Roskoski.
PERSONAL
The daughter of Larry and Jena Lyden, she has two brothers, Hunter and Reid • Hunter competes on the Gophers wrestling team and her father wrestled collegiately at Augsburg • majoring in business and marketing education.
