2026 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Was an unattached competitor at four different outdoor meets... Opened up the outdoor season at the Hamline Invitational in the 5000m with a third-place time of 17:29.81... Was also third at the Joe Sweeney Invite in the 5000m with a season-best time of 17:08.50... Was the Gary Wilson Invite 3000m steeplechase runner-up with a time of 11:08.83... Was third at the Gene Glader Invite 3000m steeplechase with a season-best time of 11:01.33.
2026 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Did not compete.
2025 Cross Country • Freshman Season: After one race running unattached competed in six meets in the Maroon and Gold uniform before ending the season at the U20 World Cross Country Championships as a member of Team USA... Was 53rd at the U20 World Cross Country Championships in a time of 22:33.0... Qualified for Team USA at the USATF Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:21.7 to finish fifth overall... Was sixth for the Maroon and Gold at both the NCAA Midwet Regional and the Big Ten Cross Country Championships with times of 21:50.6 and 21:19.0.... Was 10th overall at the 39th Roy Griak Invitational and third among the Golden Gophers in a time of 22:11.4 in her Gopher debut... Ran unattached at the Oz Memorial 5K and finished in a time of 18:58.4... Also ran at the Loyola Lakefront Invite and Nuttycombe Invite.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was named Minnesota's Gatorade 'Player of the Year' winner in 2024... Won second-straight MSHSL State Championship (Class AAA) in 2024 with a time of 17:32.3... Holds a cross country 5K personal best time of 17:04.1 that she set at the Suburban East XC Championships... Became the first Forest Lake individual champion since Kim Kauls in 1986...
