Mara-Paige Rincher joined the Athletic Medicine staff at the University of Minnesota in November 2022 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer working with Softball.
Originally hailing from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Mara-Paige completed their Bachelor of Science degree in 2017 from the University of Toledo and their Master of Science degree in 2019 from Western Michigan University where they served as an Athletic Trainer at Climax-Scotts High School. Rincher is completed thier Doctorate in Athletic Training from Florida International University in 2023.
Mara-Paige was an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Florida International University from 2021 - 2022 working with Softball and was a supervising athletic trainer for Graduate Assistant AT’s. They previously worked at Lakeview High School in Battle Creek, Michigan as the Head Athletic Trainer from 2019 - 2021. While in Florida, Rincher served on the Athletic Training Association of Florida LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee.
She is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and a MN State Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT). They are also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Rincher currently resides in Minneapolis, MN, with her wife, Kailey.
