2024 Indoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Did not compete indoors.
2023 Outdoor Track & Field - Freshman Season: Finished fourth with a time of 24.74 during the 200m race, and finished second timed at 57.10 during the 400m race at the Running on Hope Invitational… Placed first in the 400m race during the St. Thomas Tomcat Invitational with a time of 56.78
2023 Indoor Track & Field - Freshman Season: Placed first in both the preliminary and final 60m races with times of 7.74 in the preliminary and 7.78 in the final round during the Snowshoe Open… Finished first in the 200m race timed at 25.45, and first again in the 400m race at 57.40 during the Gopher Classic… Placed second in the 200m race at 25.51, and second again during the 400m race at 58.00 at the Jack Johnson Classic… Finished first in both the preliminary and final 60m races with times of 7.86 in the preliminary and 7.84 in the final during the St. Thomas Indoor Invitational… Finished first to begin her collegiate career during the 400m race at the Ice Breaker Open & Multi timed at 58.71

The Brooklyn Park, Minn., native brings in personal best times of 11.80 in the 100m, 24.01 in the 200m and 55.61 in the 400m. Ben will bring quality depth to the Gophers sprint group and brings in experience in big moments as the Minnesota State runner-up in 2021 in the 400m as well as the state runner-up in the 200m in 2022 and a fourth-place finish in the 100m.
