2022 Outdoor Track and Field • Redshirt Senior Season: Ran in six meets for the Maroon and Gold... Made her season debut at the Raleigh Relays where she ran in the 800m and 1500m, finishing in 31st and 20th, respectively... Her 4:20.92 in the 1500m at the Raleigh Relays was good enough for the 10th fastest time in program history... Ran a personal best time of 2:05.14 at the Bryan Clay Invite in the 800m, the second fastest time in program history, just behind Heather Dorniden's 2007 time of 2:01.05... Continued her season at the Mt. SAC Relays in the 1500m, finishing in 11th... Had her best placement at the Drake Relays in the 1500m where she was third in a time of 4:21.49... During her championship season she competed in the 800m and made the Big Ten final where she finished ninth overall in a time of 2:10.95... Competed in the NCAA West Regional in the 800m, finishing 43rd.

2022 Indoor Track and Field • Redshirt Senior Season: Ran in three meets for the Gophers... Ran the ninth-fastest time in school history in the 800m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships where she finished 10th overall... Ran a 600m at the Meyo Invite where she finished 12th overall in a time of 1:33.68... Ran the 3000m at the Wooo Pig Classic, finishing 8th in a time of 9:34.85.

2021 Cross Country • Redshirt Senior Season: Named an Academic All-Big Ten honoree • scored for the Gophers in all seven of her races • at the NCAA Championships, posted the 100th fastest 6K time in program history (20:48.1) to finish 148th overall and fourth on the team • finished 12th overall and fourth on the team at the NCAA Regional meet, earning USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the process • finished 21st overall and fourth on the team at the Big Ten Championships • came in 48th and fourth on the team at the Nuttycombe Invitational • placed 61st and fourth on the team at the Joe Piane Invite • opened the season with a pair of 10th place finishes at both the Spiked Shoe Invitational and Roy Griak Invitational.

2020 Cross Country • Redshirt Junior Season: Named USTFCCCA All-Academic and Academic All-Big Ten honoree • helped the Gophers to a fifth-place team finish at the NCAA Championships, finishing 59th overall and third on the team in a season-best 21:09.0 • placed 20th overall and fourth on the team in 21:11.6 at the Big Ten Championships.

2021 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Junior Season: Named All-Big Ten First Team honoree as Big Ten champion in the distance medley relay • competed at four meets • won the B1G distance medley relay, running the 1,200m leg, in a season-best 11:10.05 for the fourth-fastest DMR in Minnesota history and placed third in the mile (4:44.95) at the Big Ten Indoor Championships • ran a career-best 4:42.82 to rank 10th in Minnesota history and finish as mile runner-up and ran on the runner-up distance medley relay at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational • ran a career-best 9:44.52 to finish as 3,000m runner-up at the Hawkeye Border Battle • won the mile at the Husker Triangular.
