2024 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Senior Season: Ended his Minnesota career with the No. 3 1500m time all-time (3:40.42)... Named to the Academic All-Big Ten team... Reached the NCAA West Regional for the third time in his career, advancing to the second round of the 1500m for the first time in his career... Finished 21st at the NCAA West Regional in the 1500m, posting a 3:42.05 in the first round followed by a 3:47.34 in the second round... 2021 Cross Country • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named an Academic All-Big Ten honoree • in his NCAA Championship debut, posted a career-best 10K time of 31:44.1 to finish 226th overall and seventh on the team • placed 133rd overall and seventh on the team at the NCAA Regional Championships • registered a lifetime best 5.2 Mile time of 26:21.2 at the Big Ten Championships, crossing 66th overall • recorded a personal best 8k time at the Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing 192nd overall and seventh on the team in 25:29.7 • opened the season with a 45th place finish at the Spiked Shoe Invitational.

2020 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • finished 64th overall and sixth on the team in a career-best 8K time of 25:55.3 in his debut at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships.

2021 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed at four meets with appearances in the mile and 3,000m • made B1G debut, placing 10th in the mile at the Big Ten Indoor Championships • ran a career-best 4:06.79 to place fifth in the mile at the Hawkeye Border Battle • won the mile at the Husker Triangular • ran a career-best 8:22.36 in the 3,000m at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational.

2020 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2020 indoor track & field season • placed fourth in the 800m in a season-best 1:56.58 at the Minnesota Open while running unattached • ran a season-best 4:15.67 in the mile at the Jack Johnson Classic while running unattached • indoor season ended on March 12, 2020, when the Big Ten and NCAA announced they were ceasing competitions and championships because of COVID-19 public health concerns.
