2026 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten... Ran twice during the season, both times away from the Twin Cities... Clocked a 3:56.47 in the 1500m at the Beach Opener in March... Clocked a 14:30.57 in a 5K at the Raleigh Relays, also in March.
2025 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Tabbed as an Academic All-Big Ten team member... Earned Big Ten All-Freshman Team honors for finishing in the top five of freshman, or redshirt freshman, in East Lansing at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships... Was 29th overall at the Big Ten Championships, and second among the Gophers, in an 8K time of 24:09.8... Made his Minnesota debut at the Oz Memorial in a 5K time of 15:50.2... Was third among Minnesota's lineup at the 39th Roy Griak Invitational in an 8K time of 25:35.5 to help the men's team finish third overall... Made his NCAA Midwest Regional debut with a 32:30.0 10K time in Stillwater, Okla., to finish 74th overall.

2024 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Completed a redshirt season... Ran unattached at the 2024 Roy Griak Invitational, finishing 57th overall in a time of 26:08.4.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was All-State with Stevens Point in 2024 as a member of the 4x800m relay... Was the Wisconsin state cross country runner-up in 2023... The state runner-up cross country finish came with a season-best time of 14:53.6... Went on to finish 22nd overall at the NXN Nike Cross Nationals in December, at Glendoveer Golf Course in Oregon... Was eighth overall at the NXR Heartland Regional Championships and was fourth overall at the 2023 Roy Griak Invitational.
