Was named a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar for earning a 4.0 GPA during the 2024-25 academic year... Ran in three meets during the outdoor campaign... Clocked a 6K lifetime best 21:30.1 at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships... Was 15th overall at the Oz Memorial in a 5K time of 19:50.7... Ran the Roy Griak Invitational in a time of 23:29.0 to finish 87th overall... Won the Blugold Invitational 6K in a time of 22:01.8... Was third overall at Rocky's Run in a 5K time of 18:10.0.

2024 Cross Country • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Named to the Academic All-Big Ten team... Competed in five cross country meets during the Fall... Set a personal best at the Big Ten Championships at the 6K distance in a time of 21:30.1... Won the UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational 6K in a time of 22:01.8... Ran at the Roy Griak Invitational and the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals and the Oz Memorial.

2024 Outdoor Track & Field - Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed in five outdoor meets during the season... Opened her outdoor career with Minnesota at the 44 Farms Team Invitational in College Station, Texas, running to a fifth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase in a time of 11:19.26... Returned to Minnesota to run at the Bethel Invitational where she clocked an 800m lifetime best of 2:19.90... Was the 1500m runner up at the Holst Invitational in a lifetime best time of 4:37.69... Wrapped up the outdoor season at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships where she was ninth overall in the 3000m steeplechase in a lifetime best time of 10:44.90... Was named Academic All-Big Ten.

2024 Indoor Track & Field - Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran in four outdoor meets during her first official indoor season... Opened the indoor season at the University of St. Thomas Opener in the 3000m where she won the event in a time of 10:13.19... Was sixth at the St. Olaf Invitational in the 5000m, clocking a time of 17:40.64... Wrapped up the indoor campaign at the Snowshoe Open in the 3000m, finishing fifth in a time of 10:18.75.

2023 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Represented the Gophers at six meets during the cross country season... Made her Gopher debut at the Oz Memorial, running to a 26th place finish... 2023 Indoor Track & Field - Freshman Season: Redshirted her first season at Minnesota… Finished eighth in the mile run timed at 5:16.46 during the Snowshoe Open… Finished first in the 3000m race at the Gopher Classic with a winning time of 10:39.73… Placed thirteenth in the mile run at the Jack Johnson Classic with a time of 5:15.56

2022 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Redshirtted first season at Minnesota... Ran in four meets as an unattached athlete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Helped her high school 3200m relay team reach the state meet this past season... She's posted a number of personal bests in her final year at the prep level including in the 3200m, the 1600m and the 800m... Her personal best individual times of 5:13.58 in the 1600m and 11:36.71 brings quality depth to the Gophers program.
