2025 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten team... Named one of Minnesota's 35 Big Ten Distinguished Scholars, a distinction given to student-athletes who maintained a 4.0 GPA during the 2024-25 academic year... Appeared at five different outdoor meets... Ran to lifetime bests in the 800m, 1500m and 5000m during the outdoor campaign... Clocked a lifetime best 2:20.80 at the Bethel Invite in the 800m... Put down a personal best 17:24.97 at the Gary Wilson Invitational in the 5000m... Ended the outdoor season with a lifetime best 1500m time of 4:39.06 at Hamline's Meet of the UnSaintly.
2025 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed in a trio of indoor meets... Ran personal bests in the Mile (Gopher Classic, 5:09.57) and in the 3000m (Snowshoe Open, 10:18.97)... Opened the indoor season with a 5000m run a the St. Olaf Invite and finished fifth in a time of 17:30.38.
2024 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named to the Academic All-Big Ten team... Crossed the finish line three times during the cross country season... Opened with a 19:15.0 at the Oz Memorial 5K... Raced at the Roy Griak Invitational and clocked a time of 23:34.5... Finished 30th at the Drews/Neubaurer Invitational in a 6K time of 23:29.7, a lifetime best.

2024 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed in three indoor events during redshirt season... Opened the year with a 5000m run at the St. Olaf Invitational where she was fourth overall... Was second in both the 800m and the mile at the Gopher Classic... Won the Snowshoe Open 3000m in a time of 10:08.16.
2023 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Ran unattached in two races during redshirt cross country season... Opened the year up at the Oz Memorial (5K) and also competed at the Griak Invitational (6K).
HIGH SCHOOL: Aided Wayzata's 4x800m state record time in 2023 at the Lake Conference Championships... Finished 12th overall in the MSHSL Class AAA State Championship and led Wayzata to a team title... Just a week after the state cross country meet posted a lifetime best time at the NXR Heartland Regional Championships in 18:10 to finish 35th overall.
