Academic All-Big Ten
• Raced in five of the Gophers' eight regattas during her second season
• Closed the year with an eighth-place result at the Big Ten Championship (May 19) with the 3V4 crew
• Competed on the 3V4 boat during three races at the Big Ten Invitational in Sarasota, Fla., placing fourth twice Friday (Apr. 19) before a second-place finish Saturday (Apr. 20)
• Turned in second-place finishes as part of the 3V4 in duals against Iowa at the Big 12/Big Ten Double Dual (Apr. 12)
• Finished second in a dual with Gonzaga (Mar. 10) on the 3V4 boat from Chula Vista, Calif.
• Opened the year by placing fourth with the 3V8 crew during the Head of the Mississippi Regatta (Oct. 7)

• Recorded one appearance with the novice team during her first season at Minnesota
• Made her Gophers debut at the Big Ten & Big 12 Double Dual Apr. 15 as part of the First Novice Eight boat that placed third

• Daughter of Steven Hawkins and Marianne Cassels
• Has three siblings, Loran, Alexander and Luke
• Participated in Minnesota Dance Club and volunteered with Special Olympics Minnesota
• Graduated from Washburn Senior High School in 2022
• Lettered in soccer, basketball and track and field for the Millers
• Completed Ragbrai in July 2022, biking over 462 miles in seven days
• Honored with the All-City Academic Athletic Award
• Earned a spot on the High Honor Roll and received the AP Scholar Award with Honors as well as the AP Scholar Award with Distinction
• Owns dual citizenship in the United States and Canada
• Chose the University of Minnesota because "my family has gone here, and I was in PSEO here. I wanted a big school where I could thrive both academically and athletically."
