Lauren Garlow joined the University of Minnesota football program in February 2024.
She was named the Coordinator of Football Recruiting and Administration in January 2025 after serving as an Assistant Director of On-Campus Recruiting in 2024.
Garlow came to Minnesota from Miami (Ohio), where she worked as a recruiting assistant for the football team during her undergraduate career.
She graduated from Miami in 2023 with a degree in political science and data analytics with an emphasis in social data.
