Emily Litwin

Emily Litwin was named the Director of Football Operations and Logistics in January 2025.
She joined the University of Minnesota football program in the summer of 2018 and was the Assistant to Recruiting and Coaching Staff. She was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer / Family Liaison in February 2020 and was promoted to Assistant Director of Football Operations / Family Relations in January 2024.
Litwin plays a fundamental role in the daily operations of the entire football department - whether on campus or on the road - and is a critical resource for all Minnesota staff. She coordinates and oversees all team travel, weekly team logistics, facility management and serves as a liaison to all student-athlete parents or guardians and continually kept them updated through numerous channels.
In previous roles, she helped coordinate recruiting efforts and was involved in the detailed planning of official and unofficial visits. She managed student interns and managed all visitors who attend a Minnesota practice. Litwin also served as the point of contact for new hires to the program and managed the office and facility operations in the football department.
Litwin, who holds a degree from Indiana University, was previously a recruiting intern at Indiana from April 2017 to July 2018. She assisted the coaching staff with social media accounts, conducted campus and facility tours with recruits and families and assisted in the planning and hosting of official and unofficial visits.
