2025 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten team... Named one of Minnesota's 35 Big Ten Distinguished Scholars, a distinction given to student-athletes who maintained a 4.0 GPA during the 2024-25 academic year... Competed in six different meets during the outdoor portion of the season... Clocked three lifetime bests, one in the 800m, the 5000m and the 1500m... Ran to an eighth-place finish at the Bethel Invitational 800m in a PR of 2:17.02... Won the Gary Wilson Invitational 5000m by breaking through the 17-minute barrier for the first time in her career with a time of 16:57.10... Was third in the 1500m at Hamline's Meet of the UnSaintly in a time of 4:33.88.

2025 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed in four indoor competitions... Opened with a lifetime best in the 3000m at the Graduate Classic in Lincoln, Neb... Ran to a personal best Mile time of 5:02.73 at the Gopher Classic to finish as the meet's runner-up... Ended her indoor season at the Snowshoe Open in the 3000m with a win in a time of 9:53.23... Also ran the 5000m at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 17:31.02.

2024 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named to the Academic All-Big Ten team... Ran to the finish line five times during the cross country season... Ran to a 6K lifetime best time of 20:47.6 at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships to finish 81st overall and seventh among the Maroon and Gold lineup... Had her best finish at the NCAA Pre-Nationals meet at Wisconsin with a 29th overall finish... Also ran at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational, the Roy Griak Invitational and the Oz Memorial.

2024 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Ran in four meets during a redshirt season... Opened the outdoor season up with a 5000m run at the Hamline Invitational, finishing third overall in a time of 17:22.14... Was third at the Bethel Invite in the 1500m and was fifth in the 800m... Finished fourth at the Gary Wilson Invitational in the 5000m in a season-best time of 17:18.88... Finished the season with a 1500m run at the Janis Rider/Doug Bolstorff Invite, winning in a time of 4:37.42.

2024 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Made appearances as a redshirt in two meets during the indoor campaign... Ran the 5000m at the St. Olaf Invitational and was second overall in a time of 17:33.04... Was second at the Snowshoe Open in the 3000m in a time of 10:09.65.

2023 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Ran to three finishes during her redshirt campaign in Dinkytown... Ran to a time of 19:12.1 at the Oz Memorial (5K) to open the season... Ran next unattached at the Griak Invitational (6K) in a time of 23:16.6... Wrapped up cross country season at Rocky's Run in a 6K time of 22:24.0.

HIGH SCHOOL: Qualified for the IHSA 3A Girls State Track and Field Championships in the 1600m this last season after winning her sectional title in a lifetime best time of 5:07.89... On the cross country course Lange was second on her team at the state meet where her team finished seventh overall.
