2017 - SENIOR SEASON:
Made 50 starts in 51 games - had a .250 batting average in 196 at-bats along with six doubles, five home runs and 27 RBIs - recorded a .284 batting average in conference play and 13 RBIs - Minnesota's recipient of the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award - Academic All-Big Ten. Game Highlights: Went 3-5 with the first home run at U.S. Bank Stadium along with two RBIs and three runs scored vs Seattle U (2/24) - collected two hits, one RBI and scored one run vs Seattle U (2/25) - picked up a hit and a walk en route to scoring a run vs Iowa (3/5) - drove in three runs on a double vs South Dakota State (3/7) - had three RBIs on a double vs Missouri State (3/10) - hit his second home run of the season vs Missouri State (3/11) - recorded two hits and one RBI at Sacramento State (3/16) - scored one run on two hits at Sacramento State (3/17) - reached base three times with two hits and one walk with one RBI at Sacramento State (3/18) - was 3-5 including a double and one run scored at Ohio State (3/25) - scored two runs at Kansas (3/28) - recorded three hits, including a home run and a double for three RBIs at Indiana (4/14) - had three hits, one home run, three RBIs and scored three runs at Indiana (4/15) - scored two runs on one hit and two walks vs South Dakota State (4/18) - smacked two base hits including a home run vs Nebraska (4/23) - scored two runs on two hits while driving in one run vs No. 10 Long Beach State (5/13) - went 2-4 with one RBIs vs Rutgers (5/16).

2016 - JUNIOR SEASON:
Appeared in 44 games and made 30 starts - hit .272 with 34 hits and 15 runs scored - drilled six doubles and one home run en route to 14 RBI - held an on-base percentage of .338 - maintained a .987 fielding percentage as an outfielder and a catcher - made 15 appeaerances and collected seven hits, including a double and a home run, in conference action - Academic All-Big Ten.  Game Highlights: Drilled a two-RBI single against Utah Valley (2/20) - went 2-for-2 with a double, RBI and a walk at Campbell (2/26) - hit 2-for-3 with a double and run scored in series finale at Campbell (2/28) - scored twice and drew three walks Georgia State (3/6) - made starts in the outfield and as the catcher at Seattle U (3/11-3/14) - tallied three hits, including a double, one RBI and drew a walk at Utah Valley (3/19-3/20) - drilled an RBI single and saw action at first base against Augsburg (3/22) - collected three hits with two RBI in doubleheader sweep of No. 23 Missouri State (3/26) - went 2-for-4 and recorded three putouts versus Northern Illinois (4/6) - hit a single and drew a walk at No. 25 Michigan (4/8) - started behind the plate and laced a single versus South Dakota State (4/12) - went 2-for-3 as a pinch-hitter and scored a run against Maryland (4/15-4/17) - crossed the plate once and hit a single against North Dakota State (4/19) - drilled a double and scored once in series-opening win at Northwestern (4/22) - capped a seven-game hitting streak with a single at Illinois (4/29) - slashed three hits, scored three runs and netted two RBI in midweek duel with Kansas (5/3) - blasted a home run, scored three runs and drew a walk against Indiana (5/6-5/8) - hit a pinch-hit RBI single at Purdue (5/14) - started as the catcher and went 3-for-4 with a walk at South Dakota State (5/17) - saw action in the outfield in final regular season series against Ohio State (5/19-5/21) - smacked a double and started in right field in the Big Ten Tournament versus Michigan (5/26) - flared a single to the outfield at Texas A&M (6/5).

SUMMER BASEBALL:
Played for the Waterloo Bucks in the Northwoods League - appeared in 52 games and batted .215 - tallied 37 hits, including eight doubles - scored 17 runs and plated 11 - held a midseason streak of getting at least one hit in 14 of 19 games - became the first player in NWL history to play all nine positions on the field in one game.

2015 - SOPHOMORE SEASON:
Played in 33 games, including 19 starts at catcher, in the outfield and as the designated hitter - batted .287 with 15 runs, 15 RBIs, seven doubles and three home runs - Academic All-Big Ten. Game Highlights: Belted his first career home run and scored twice at Florida Gulf Coast (3/1) - hit 2-for-5 with two runs and one RBI at Richmond (3/17) - had second home run of the season, plus another run and two RBIs vs. St. John's (3/31) - went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs at Nebraska (4/11) - notched third home run of the season in a 2-for-5, two-RBI day against UC-Irvine (5/3) - had a season-high three hits with one run at North Dakota State (5/5) - batted 2-for-5 with a run, an RBI and a double against Michigan State (5/15).

2014 - FRESHMAN SEASON:

Hit .297 with a .333 on-base percentage in 37 at-bats - started 10 games at catcher, left field or right field - had a .926 fielding percentage - hit .286 in Big Ten play - Academic All-Big Ten. Game Highlights: Hit 1-for-2 with two RBIs in his debut vs. Northern Illinois (2/15) - was 1-2 with a sac-fly at Sacramento State (3/15) - followed up with another 1-for-2 day with an RBI three days later at St. Mary's College (3/18) - had an RBI single in three at-bats against South Dakota State (4/9) - went 3-for-3 with two runs, two RBIs and a triple vs. Augsburg (5/6) - had two hits and an RBI in a win over Purdue (5/9) - scored the winning run in Purdue series finale (5/11).

2013:
Redshirted the season.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Played with Burnsville High School and the Burnsville Cobras - was one of team captains in 2012 for the Blaze and the starting shortstop - 2012 Lions All-Star selection - member of Burnsville High School that won the state championship in 2011 - named a first-team all-state and all-conference - as a junior, held a .500 batting average with 36 RBI and 43 hits, three home runs and three triples - sophomore season with the Blaze, Stemper also was an all-state honoree after posting a .375 batting average and 20 RBI in 30 hits and five doubles en route to a state championship runner-up - played with the Burnsville Cobras American Legion Team, including a .420 and 44 RBI with nine home runs, 51 runs, 13 stolen bases and doubles in 2011 - National Honor Society member.

PERSONAL:
Economics major - graduated from Burnsville in 2012 - born Oct. 14, 1993 - son of Bob and Deb Stemper - sister Shannon, was a member of the Gopher softball team - sister, Heather, played softball at Minnesota Duluth.
