2014 • JUNIOR SEASON:
Started 49 games at catcher, first base, second base, third base and designated hitter • only Gopher to play in all 51 games •maintained a fielding percentage of .986 in 294 chances • hit .249 in 169 at-bats, while getting on base at a .355 clip • was second on the team with 25 RBI • had an eight-game hitting streak (4/26-5/11) •hit home runs at Louisiana Tech (3/1) and Iowa (4/20) • hit 4-for-5 with five RBIs in the series finale against Northern Illinois (2/16) • two-run double drove in two in the 10th at Louisiana Tech (3/1) • hit 4-for-5 with three doubles, three runs and three RBIs at St. Mary[apos]s (3/18) • went 2-for-4 with an RBI and run scored in an extra innings loss to Nebraska (4/13) • had two hits and two RBIs in the series finale at Iowa (4/20) • was 4-for-9 (.444) with an RBI in the three-game series against Florida State (5/3-4) • had four hits and three runs in two mid-week games against Augsburg (5/6) and Concordia-Moorhead (5/7) • reached base three times and came around to score twice in the home finale against Purdue (5/11) • Academic All-Big Ten • Big Ten Distinguished Scholar.

Academic All-Big Ten • played in 38 games with 89 at-bats with a .258 average batted in 13 runs • had a .977 fielding percentage in 43 chances • played all over the field in his 19 starts, making starts at first base (3 games), third base (4), right field (2), and designated hitter (10) • held a six game hit streak (2/29-4/12) • had five multi-hit games • led the team in triples (3) • slugged a .360 slugging percentage, fourth on the team • entered the game as a substitute 19 times • tied for third on the team in sacrifice bunts (3) • batted .286 and got on base at a .375 clip in Big Ten play • started two games in the Indiana St. series (3/16-17) went a combined 3-6 (.500) with two doubles, two runs, and an RBI • hit a career high four RBIs, while also producing two triples, two runs, and a walk at Kansas St. (3/19) • went 1-3 with two walks, an RBI, and a run scored in a loss to Michigan (3/30) • picked up three hits, three runs, and an RBI in a 7-0 win over Ohio St. (4/5) • batted in two in a pinch hit single against Augsburg (4/16) • played in three Big Ten Tournament games (vs. Indiana 5/23, Illinois 5/24, and Nebraska 5/24) • went 2-3 and a run scored in a win against Illinois (5/24).
