Montréal, QC – Former University of Minnesota women's hockey forward Natálie Mlýnková helped the Montreal Victoire capture the 2026 Walter Cup, as Montreal defeated the Ottawa Charge, 4-0, in Game 4 to win the PWHL championship series, 3-1.

The championship marks the first Walter Cup title in Victoire franchise history and the first professional championship for Mlýnková, who completed her rookie season with Montreal in 2025-26. Mlýnková was selected by the Victoire in the second round, 12th overall, of the 2025 PWHL Draft before signing a one-year contract with the club.

Mlýnková played one season with the Gophers in 2024-25, appearing in 39 games during her fifth-year campaign. She ranked third on the team with 34 points and tied for second with 16 goals, while adding 18 assists and five power-play goals.

In her first year with the Victoire, Mlýnková tallied five goals and 10 points, ranking fifth and seventh on the team, respectively.

A native of Zlín, Czechia, Mlýnková also represented Czechia at the 2026 Winter Olympics during her rookie professional season.
