14 Gophers Earn 2025-26 WCHA All-Academic Honors

MINNEAPOLIS – Fourteen Golden Gopher women's hockey players were named to the 2025-26 WCHA All-Academic Team, presented by Sterling Trophy, the conference announced Tuesday. Minnesota accounted for 14 of the 118 student-athletes recognized across the league's eight institutions.
Josefin Bouveng, Hannah Clark, Kendra Distad, Allie Franco, Gracie Graham, Carly Humphrey, Sophia Johnson, Madison Kaiser, Emma Kreisz, Nelli Laitinen, Ava Lindsay, Sydney Morrow, Abbey Murphy and Chloe Primerano represent the Golden Gophers on this year's list.
To qualify for the WCHA All-Academic Team, student-athletes must have completed at least one year of eligibility at their current institution prior to the academic year and maintain a grade-point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale over the previous two semesters or three quarters.
The team is selected with assistance from the Faculty Athletics Representatives at each member institution.
