Gold Rush! Minnesota Launches $10 Tickets for Buffalo Game

Fans can purchase $10 tickets for a 24-hour period starting at 12 p.m. on Monday, August 18
For 24 hours, ten dollars is all you need.
Starting at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 18 – just 10 days before Minnesota kicks off the season against Buffalo – fans can buy upper-level tickets to watch the Gophers play the Bulls for just $10. This exclusive deal expires at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 19, so fans need to act fast.
Minnesota begins its 142nd season, and ninth under head coach P.J. Fleck, when it hosts the Buffalo Bulls at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 28 at Huntington Bank Stadium. The game is Minnesota's annual Gold Out and fans are encouraged to wear Gold when they cheer on the Gophers.
This year, the Gophers are led by returning All-American safety Koi Perich, do-it-all running back Darius Taylor and stout defensive lineman Anthony Smith, Deven Eastern and Jalen Logan-Redding. Highly touted redshirt freshman Drake Lindsey is expected to start at quarterback for the Maroon and Gold.
Minnesota, which is 98-37-6 all-time in season-openers, went 8-5 last season and won its sixth straight bowl game. Minnesota is 2-0 all-time against Buffalo and the teams last met in 2017. That game was the first of the Fleck era at Minnesota and Gophers prevailed 17-7.
