Big Ten Unveils 2026 Softball Conference Schedule

MINNEAPOLIS -- The Big Ten officially announced the 2026 conference softball schedule Tuesday.
League action begins March 6 and runs through May 3. The regular-season conference schedule for the Golden Gophers features eight three-game series on campus sites for a total of 24 Big Ten games.
Minnesota's 2026 B1G schedule opens with road trips sandwiched around a bye week. The conference season starts with a trip to Indiana (March 6-8) and then to Iowa (March 20-22).
The Big Ten home opener is slated for March 27-29 with a visit from Illinois, while Ohio State comes the next week, April 3-5.
The Gophers are set to visit Washington for the first time as conference members April 10-12 before two more homestands against Nebraska (April 17-19) and Wisconsin (April 24-26) close out the month.
The regular season ends in Evanston, Ill., with a three-game set against Northwestern slated for May 1-3.
Game times and television assignments will be announced at a later date.
Season ticket renewals are now open for the 2026 Gopher Softball season. For those that want to become a season ticket holder, they can join the waitlist to get a chance to secure a seat at every home game next season.
