Nov. 17 Game to be Streamed on Facebook Watch

MINNEAPOLIS – Gopher Hockey's nonconference series finale with St. Lawrence on Saturday, Nov. 17 will be streamed for free on Facebook Watch, Gopher Athletics announced on Tuesday in partnership with the Big Ten Network. Game time for the series finale at 3M Arena at Mariucci remains at 8 p.m. CT.
Saturday's game will be broadcast on Facebook Watch via BTN's Minnesota Gophers Recaps page, which also features exclusive highlights of Gopher athletics throughout the year. Fans can view the matchup with St. Lawrence by liking and following at facebook.com/GophersRecaps.
Gopher Athletics and the Big Ten Conference hold the television rights to 30 regular-season Gopher Hockey games in 2018-19 with Saturday's finale against St. Lawrence standing as the lone contest that will not be aired on television. With Saturday's finale against St. Lawrence not originally designated for television, Gopher Athletics and BTN coordinated to produce a broadcast ensuring all Gopher Hockey fans were able to view the game for free via Facebook Watch.
