Carli Miller was promoted to Compliance Coordinator in March 2026 after joining the department as an intern.
Before arriving in Minnesota, Miller served as a Compliance Graduate Assistant at Temple University, where she developed and managed compliance forms, provided rules interpretations to coaches and staff, and tracked contacts and evaluations.
Miller also previously served as a Compliance Intern at the University of Pennsylvania, where she reviewed recruiting logs, managed roster updates, and supported waiver submissions. She also worked in Penn’s Student-Athlete Success department, helping implement academic support initiatives and personal development programming.
Miller earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and her Master of Science in Sport Business from Temple University.
