Tori Winslow joined the Health & Performance staff in 2021 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer working with the Soccer program. This is Tori’s second stint with Gopher Athletics; she previously worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer with Football.
A native of Aurora, IL, Tori attended Illinois State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training with a Minor in Spanish in 2015. She became a Certified Athletic Trainer in 2015 and worked as a Certified Athletic Training Intern at Appalachian State University. She worked primarily with Football and was part of the programs first Bowl appearance and victory. Tori then came to Minneapolis and was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer with Gopher Football. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2017 with a Master of Education degree in Sport Management.
Winslow was an Assistant Athletic Trainer at North Carolina Central University (a HBCU institution) from 2018 – 2021 working primarily with Football and Baseball while assisting with Track & Field, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, Golf and Men’s & Women’s Tennis.
Tori has provided medical coverage for the US Soccer Federation with the U18, U19, and U23 Women’s National Teams, including working with the U23WNT in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2026 in preparation for the 2027 Women’s World Cup.
Tori is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and is a MN State Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT). She holds certification in Graston Technique® M1, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, and SFDN1-Dry Needling.
Tori resides in St. Paul, MN, with her cat, Lily.
