2025-26: GRADUATE SEASON (at Minnesota)
• Had a season high 14 points on 4-5 shooting including seven rebounds, recording a season high six defensive boards in Minnesota's home opener against UND
• Has recorded five games scoring 10 or more points (14 vs. UND) (12 at Drake) (10 vs. Wisconsin) (10 at No. 10 Iowa) (11 at Illinois)

2023-25: JUNIOR-SENIOR (at San Jose State)
• Started 16 games at San Jose State during her redshirt junior year
• One of the most efficient players in the country, she scored at a 58% clip averaging 8.7 points per game
• She was the Spartan’s second-leading rebounder with 5.2 per game
• Tonga tallied a season high of 22 points along with nine rebounds against San Francisco State and recorded two double-doubles on the year
• Tonga also scored 12 points while shooting 56% from the floor and grabbing seven rebounds against California

2020-22: (Salt Lake City Community College)
• Tonga spent two seasons at Salt Lake Community College
• During her two seasons with the Bruins, she made 20 starts in 56 appearances
• She finished her tenure averaging 9.3 points and six rebounds per game, while shooting 60% from the field
• She was a two-time first-team All-Region selection and ranked fourth nationally in field goal percentage

2019-20: FRESHMAN SEASON (at Saint Mary's College)
• Named Mountain West Freshman of the Week twice

HIGH SCHOOL
• Graduated from Taylorsville High School and was named to the 6A All-State Second Team as a senior
• During that season, she averaged 14.3 points, 9.0 boards, and set a single game high of 29 points
• As a sophomore, she received a 5A All-State Honorable Mention
• She competed for the Colorado Premier Club, a member of the Nike Girls EYBL, he led the league in defensive rebounding percentage.
