Clocked a 10,000m lifetime best at the 2025 Bryan Clay Invitational, coming across the line at 30:16.99 to finish 23rd overall in Azusa, Calif.... Ran to a 14:06.10 finish at the Raleigh Relays in the 5000m... Was fifth at Hamline's 'Meet of the UnSaintly' in the 5000m in a time of 14:34.57.
2024 Cross Country • Redshirt Junior Season: Named to the Academic All-Big Ten team... Was Minnesota's top individual finisher at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships, posting an 8K time of 25:14.30 to finish 52nd... Matched his 52nd-place finish at Big Tens with another one at the NCAA Midwest Regional at the 10K distace, posting a time of 30:35.90... 2021 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2021 cross country season... competed unattached in all of his five races this season... opened his collegiate career with a third place finish in the 8K at the St. Olaf Invite, crossing the line in a time of 25:37.4... placed 100th in the men’s gold 8K race at the Roy Griak Invitational with a final time of 26:18.9... placed 70th in the men’s B race at the Nuttycombe Invitational in at time of 26:14.4... won both of the Gophers’ open 6K races to finish the season, crossing the line in 19:15 at Jack’s Twilight Run and 19:16 at Rocky’s Run.
