2024 Outdoor Track & Field • Junior Season: Was named to the Academic All-Big Ten team for work in the classroom... Completed a redshirt season and did not compete.
2023 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Ran in two outdoor meets during his first year with the Minnesota Golden Gophers... Made his debut in the Maroon and Gold uniform at the USF Bulls Invitational, finishing 14th in the 400m and third as a member of the team's 4x400m relay team... Ran a personal best 47.59 at the Clyde Hart Classic in the 400m to finish fourth overall... Also helped the Gophers finish third in the 4x100m relay (40.54) and second in the 4x400m relay (3:09.24).
HIGH SCHOOL:
Brought in a personal best of 48.52 in the 400m... Improved two and a half seconds in his 400m time that helped him qualify for the MSHSL State Track and Field Championships... Qualified for the state meet in the 100m, 200m and the 400m in his final season at the prep level.
