2025 Outdoor Track & Field • Graduate Season: Earned a spot on the Academic All-Big Ten team... Ran four meets in uniform during the outdoor season... Opened the outdoor season at the Arizona Spring Break Fiesta with a 3:52.28 1500m... Ran three 5000m races during the outdoor season with a lifetime best of 14:02.68 coming at the Raleigh Relays... Also ran a 14:23.59 at the 2025 Bryan Clay Invitational and a 14:27.79 at Hamline's 'Meet of the UnSaintly'.
2024 Cross Country • Graduate Season: Named to the Academic All-Big Ten team... Ran in six meets in the Maroon and Gold... Ran the No. 6 8000m time in school history at the Sean Earl Loyola Lakefront Invite, clocking a 23:32.8 to finish first among the Gophers and 19th overall... The 23:32.8 at the Loyola meet was the fastest by a Gopher since 2021 (Alec Basten)... Ran a 26:32.6 at the Roy Griak Invitational to finish 82nd overall...
