High School:
Was one of the top shot-blockers in the state of Minnesota - Helped lead Edina High School (24-8) to a third place finish at the 2012-13 state tournament - Tallied 22 points with 10 rebounds and four blocks in the winning effort to secure third - As a junior, averaged 10.1 points per game and led Edina to the Section Six Class AAAA finals - Following his senior year, was invited to participate in the 2013 Minnesota Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Game - Also played for the Minnesota Magic Elite AAU program.
Personal:
Parents are Marlene and John Lynch - has one brother, Max - uncle, Kevin Lynch, played basketball at Minnesota and was a second-round NBA draft pick by the Charlotte Hornets - lists beating tenth-ranked Wichita State while at Illinois State and making it to state in high school as his favorite basketball memories - enjoys movies and dogs - majoring in business and marketing education.
