All letterwinners from the University of Minnesota earn a special award each year they letter as a student-athlete or manager. Listed below are the awards that the "M" Club presents to letterwinners each year they earn a Varsity Letter. The 50-Year pin letterwinner award is awarded to letterwinners 50 years after they receive their first Varsity Letter.

First Year: "M" Varsity Letter Jacket (Pictured above).
Graduation: Presented with a choice of award best suited to begin their professional careers.
50th Year: Diamond "M" Pin (pictured below).
