Minnesota Checks In at No. 19 in AP Poll

It's the Maroon and Gold's highest ranking this season
MINNEAPOLIS - The University of Minnesota women's basketball team moved up to No. 19 in this week's AP Top 25 Women's Basketball Poll, released Monday. It marks the Maroon and Gold's third consecutive appearance in the top 25 this season.
Minnesota earned 226 points in the poll. Six other Big Ten teams were ranked this week, including No. 2 UCLA, No. 8 Michigan, No. 9 Iowa, No. 11 Ohio State, No. 14 Maryland and No. 18 Michigan State. Washington and Illinois also received votes.
It's the Gophers' highest ranking in the poll since they were ranked No. 18 on Jan. 7, 2019.
