MINNEAPOLIS – Freshman forward Tereza Plosová and alumna Natálie Mlýnková will represent Czechia at the 2026 Winter Olympic Games in Milan, Italy. Plosová is set to make her Olympic debut, while Mlýnková returns to the Olympic stage for the second time in her career.
While the 2026 Games will mark Plosová's first Olympic appearance, she brings significant international experience. She has represented Czechia at three IIHF Women's World Championships, totaling two goals and two assists during that span, and earned a bronze medal in 2023.
Mlýnková will compete in her second consecutive Olympics after skating in the 2022 Games in Beijing, where she scored her first Olympic goal. Czechia finished seventh in that tournament. One of Czechia's most productive players on the international stage, Mlýnková has appeared in six IIHF Women's World Championships, recording 19 goals and eight assists, while helping the Czechs capture bronze medals in 2022 and 2023.
Czechia will compete in the 2026 Milan Winter Olympic Games from Feb. 5–22, 2026, alongside nine other nations. The Czechs will skate in Group A with the United States, Canada, Finland, and Switzerland. Czechia opens Olympic play on Thursday, Feb. 5, at 9:40 a.m. CT against the United States.
