ELM GROVE, Wis. - The University of Minnesota tennis team continued play Saturday at the 49th annual Milwaukee Tennis Classic.

In the singles quarterfinals, Aiva Schmitz rallied to defeat Ole Miss' Brooklyn Olson 1-6, 7-6 (7-4), 10-6. Jeselle Ante fell to Kansas State's Martaa Chogsomjav 6-0, 6-1. Kocevar picked up two victories in consolation singles, and Liepert added one.

In the semifinals, Aiva Schmitz defeated Ole Miss' Ichino Horikawa 6-4, 6-3 to advance to the final of the Milwaukee Tennis Classic.
