Golden Gopher Athletics is proud to celebrate Black History Month over the course of February. Each week, student-athletes, alums, coaches and staff will be highlighted through social media and Gopher Sports. For the first week, Gopher Sports highlighted Gopher soccer's Aaryn Gabriel (Feb. 3), Gopher men's basketball alum Willie Burton (Feb. 4), Gopher Digital Production's Callie Jones (Feb. 5) and men's basketball assistant coach, Jason Kemp (Feb. 6).
