Join the 'U' for Black Friday Fan Fest

MINNEAPOLIS -- Gopher Athletics has announced a pre-game Black Friday Fan Fest on Friday, Nov. 29 ahead of home games for the men's hockey and men's basketball
programs. The event, hosted at Maturi Pavilion, is free and open to the public.
Doors to the Black Friday Fan Fest will be open from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to men's basketball taking on DePaul at 2:00 p,m. at Williams Arena. The Black Friday Fan Fest will reopen from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. prior to men's facing off against North Dakota at 7:00 p.m. at 3M Arena at Mariucci.
This family-friendly event will include inflatables, face painting, equipment try on, yard games, and more! Goldy's Locker Room will be hosting a Black Friday Clearance Sale while Gopher Athletics sponsorship partners will also be on-site for food sampling and other activities. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at a discounted rate during the event. The menu includes Black Friday pricing - $2 hot dogs, $4 popcorn, $4 chili, $5 beer, $6 wine, along with soda and water.
Tickets are still available for both games on Friday, and Thursday's hockey game. Take advantage of the Black Friday specials with tickets to Men's Basketball vs. DePaul (starting at $10) and Men's Hockey vs. North Dakota (starting at $60).
